Team Building and Action Planning

The Information Services Division of a major Bank has around 35 managers.   They needed to deal with feedback from their internal customers which had been identified through our surveys.   They had to make decisions on priorities, action and the ownership of issues.

G+T designed and facilitated a weekend event to bring groups together as one team and to develop tangible steps to better achieve their business goals.

The event was steered to a successful conclusion through a number of sessions which blended creative thinking with the analysis of data.   As a result, six task groups were set up with agreed terms of reference and schedules of action.

The spirit at the end of the event was one of achievement and satisfaction.   This was communicated to the rest of the teams in enthusiastic terms on the days following the event.
